On September 27, 1952, Eduardo Espín Templado was born in Murcia . He is a magistrate, president of the Third Section, Third Chamber, of the Supreme DJ USA Court, lawyer of the Constitutional Court (TC), president of the Association of Lawyers of the TC and university professor.
His grandfather Eduardo Espín Vázquez was dean of the Cartagena Bar Association and his father Diego Espín Cánovas , judge of the Supreme Court, professor of Civil Law, highlighting his contribution in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
Eduardo Espín graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and in Political Sociology from the Institute of Political Studies. In 1978 he obtained his doctorate after defending his thesis On The Republican Action Party (1925-1934) at the Complutense University of Madrid.
He had begun teaching as a professor of Political Law in 1976 and, two years later, he temporarily obtained the Chair at the University of Alcalá de Henares; Later he taught classes at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in its Faculty of Information Sciences as Professor of Information Law, until 1991 when he was appointed Professor of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Castilla–La Mancha until who, by the turn of prestigious jurists, was appointed magistrate of the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Supreme Court in 2003.
